1. Payment, Cancellation, & Refunds:
1.1. Payment for courses will be made in full within 7 days of submission of your booking form and no later than 7 days prior to the start of the course. You will receive an invoice confirming the date and course to the email address provided on the booking form from What'SUP? Scotland. Please ensure you add hello@whatsupscotland.org.uk to your whitelist / contacts list and check your junk email regularly. What'SUP? Scotland will not be liable for errors in bookings, payments, cancellations etc. relating to emails going into junk / spam folders.
1.2. Your place on a course will only be secured and confirmed once full payment has been made.
1.3. Courses will run once minimum numbers have been achieved. Should minimum numbers not be achieved by seven days prior to the course start date What'SUP? Scotland will cancel the course and notify you via the contact details provided on this booking form.
1.4. In the event of What'SUP? Scotland cancelling the course, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund of the course booked.
1.5. In the event you should need to cancel your place on the course. You must contact What'SUP? Scotland in advance and in writing by emailing hello@whatsupscotland.org.uk.
The following cancellation and refund policy applies:
1.5.1. Cancellation in writing received more than 14 days before the course start date - 100% refund.
1.5.2. Cancellation in writing received between 7 - 14 days before the course start date - 50% refund.
1.5.3. Cancellation in writing received less than 7 days before the course start date - 25% refund.
1.5.4. Should you fail to attend without cancelling your place on the booked course in advance in writing, no refund will be granted.
1.5.5. These fees still apply if you cancel within your consumer rights 14 day cancellation period, as the amount witheld proportionatly covers the admin, materials, and trainers time preparing for the course.
1.6. What'SUP? Scotland will confirm receipt of your cancellation within 5 days of receipt of your email. You will be refunded the relevant amount withnin 14 days of this confirmation.
2. Changes to your Booking
2.1. In the event you need to make a change to / update your booking, please contact What'SUP? Scotland as soon as possible by emailing hello@whatsupscotland.org.uk.
2.2. You may not be able to change the date of the course booked. We will endeavour to do this, however, we cannot guarantee you can swap to an alternative date. Our cancellation and refund policy applies in the event an alternative date cannot be agreed.
2.3. What'SUP? Scotland reserve the right to offer additional places to others once a full course has been booked, unless the additional exclusive course fee has been paid.
